The raffle will be held on Friday October 28, 2011. This raffle is for a 2012 Chevrolet Volt. This raffle is void where prohibited by law. It is open to all persons of legal driving age. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit Sikh Association of Fresno Building Fund.

Odds of Winning: 800 to 900 tickets will be sold. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Odds increase by purchasing additional tickets.

How To Be Eligible: You are eligible to win this raffle by buying a ticket either at Sikh Association of Fresno, Gurudwara Singh Sabha, 2604 East Dakota Avenue, Fresno, CA 93726 or from an authorized agent or call Harjinder Singh Dhillon at 559-940-8400. You must be of legal driving age at the time of the drawing. Persons may enter as often as they like by buying additional tickets and need not be present to win.

Drawing: The drawing will take place regardless of the number of tickets sold by drawing date. The winner of the raffle will be selected by a random drawing between 6 p.m and 8 p.m. on Friday October 28, 2011 at the Sikh Association of Fresno, Gurudwara Singh Sabha, 2604 East Dakota Avenue, Fresno, CA 93726. The winner will be notified via phone, US mail, or e-mail. Details will be posted on this web site.

GRAND Prize Winner: The winner must take delivery of the vehicle at Gill Automotive Group in Gilroy California. Before the vehicle is signed over to the winner, the winner must pay the California sales tax and any associated license fees. Gilroy Automotive Group, 6720 BearCat Court, Gilroy, CA 95020, (800) 237-6318.

Consolation Prize Winners: Winners of the consolation prizes need to contact Harjinder Singh Dhillon at 559-940-8400 to collect their prizes.

Additional Conditions: Winner’s name and information will be retained by the Sikh Association of Fresno for future announcements of other events. A photo of the winner is required for posting on the web site. By accepting the prize, the winner accepts all the requirements conditions and rules of this event and agrees to comply with all applicable international, federal state and local laws. The prize may not be assigned or transferred. Winner will forfeit their prize as well as any claim of any nature against the Sikh Association of Fresno if the Sikh Association of Fresno is unable to locate them via US mail, telephone, or e-mail (provided at the time of ticket purchase) by NOVEMBER 28, 2011.

Taxes: Winner is resposible for California sales tax and any other applicable taxes and fees. Taxes and fees include but are not limited to registration, license, and inspection if applicable.
 
Shipping and Transportation: The vehicle will be kept at the Sikh Association of Fresno, Gurudwara Singh Sabha, 2604 East Dakota Avenue, Fresno, CA 93726 and the winner will be responsible for all fees and costs associated with shipping and transportation.
